Batch Eleven



We went to the site of the Battle of Little Bighorn.  It was interesting; a solemn place that was somewhat sad.

This monument marks the mass grave of the bodies of the men who died on Last Stand Hill.

Lela & I walk up to the monument.


Here we look at the markers which show where the men fell.  Custer's is the one with the black  face on it.


We saw some exhibits of how the Indians and the cavalry lived.



After the battlefield, we decided to go south.  I ended up driving the 500 + miles to Denver, Colorado.  Here is the city and me driving at the same time! Ha!
